Q. Are you insured and/or bonded?

We are fully insured for your protection and can provide to you either a copy of our insurance certificate or put you in touch with our insurer.

Q. Do you perform back ground checks on your employees?

Yes, all of our cleaning specialists have passed thorough background checks.

Q. Is a contract required?

Not at Lantana DustBusters! We are blessed to have your business and do not require contracts or obligations.

Q. What is included in your cleaning service?

Q. Do I need to provide cleaning supplies?

No, our team will arrive every time with cleaning products.

Q. Do I need to provide a vacuum?

No, our team will arrive every time with professional vacuums.

Q. Will I have the same cleaning specialists each time?

Our goal is to assign the same team of cleaning specialist to the same home each and every time. We take pride in our own homes and want our teams to take pride in each of the homes they clean, as well. Though occasionally we do have to make exceptions.

Q. Do I need to do anything before your team arrives?

The best way to prepare for your clean is to pick-up and straighten-up things like toys and cloths as much as possible. That way our cleaners can focus their efforts on cleaning up dust and grime, not putting things in their places.

Q. What about my pets?

We love pets! We will make arrangements with you ahead of time, so we can make your pets comfortable while we clean. If that means giving them a couple of treats or letting them out while you are away, we will be happy to help.

Q. Can I skip or reschedule an appointment?

If you need to postpone an appointment, we would ideally like a 48 hours advance, notice. Though we understand that things happen - sick kids, work, etc. Please let us know at least by 8:00 AM the morning of your scheduled clean, if you need to reschedule, and we'll be happy to reschedule your appointment to another, more convenient time.

Q. Do you offer gift certificates?

Yes, we offer custom gift certificates for all occasions: New moms, Grandparents, Birthdays, Anniversaries, Valentine's Day, Mothers Day, or just to get you out of the doghouse.
